3.1 All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will inform you and issue a refund (if prepaid).

5. PAYMENTS

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

6.1 Shipping timelines will be shared at checkout and in your confirmation.
6.2 We are not liable for delays due to courier partners, natural disasters, or logistical issues.
6.3 Multiple orders may be shipped together where possible.
6.4 Delivery is restricted to select pin codes. Unserviceable orders may be cancelled with refund.

7. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

7.2 Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video + proof via WhatsApp or email.
7.3 Refunds, if approved, are processed within 7–21 working days.
7.4 COD orders are not eligible for refunds unless otherwise agreed.
