RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
  • The issue is reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • You provide an unboxing video from start to end without any cuts or edits.
  • The product is unused, in original condition, and with original packaging and tags.
  • Goods once sold cannot be returned or exchanged without valid reason.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Used or worn products.
  • Sale items or gift cards.
  • Personalized or custom-made items.

  • Your order number
  • Unboxing video
  • Clear photos of the product
  • A brief description of the issue

 

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued only:

  • If the product received is damaged or defective, and return eligibility is met.
  • In case of unavailability of a replacement for the damaged item.

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • If approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method.
  • Please note, it can take 5–7 working days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Note: If no unboxing video is provided, full refund will not be guaranteed. However, we may consider partial compensation or exchange on a case-by-case basis.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
  • In rare cases, if an item fails our quality check before dispatch, we may cancel it and issue a full refund or offer a replacement option.
